As a data scientist you are expected to perform different tasks based on the data from our product and customer. Your tasks includes (1): modelling tasks ranging from econometric models to deep learning models; (2) produce scientific report on the product; (3) Perform analysis under different context (i.e. ex-ante, before-after, ex-post); (4) Regular and active participation in joint activities, including meetings, to promote knowledge transfer and infrastructure development.

The position requires a very good ability to adapt to new models, as well as other new technologies. Autonomy is important: we do not expect you to all know the possible models or approaches, but we expect you to make and execute action plans to tackle unfamiliar problems.
Besides the analytical skills, we also highly value qualities such as self-motivation and initiative, the ability to plan, structure, prioritize, work efficiently and meet deadlines. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability, like all other positions.
